1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking KerSauvage, you fully accept these general terms and conditions. Any reservation implies your complete agreement. If you do not accept these terms, please do not proceed with the booking.
2. Booking and Payment
- Booking Process:
- The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit (non-refundable).
- The balance must be paid 30 days before arrival. After this date, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card (through Airbnb/Booking platforms).
- Rates:
- Prices are in euros (€) and include the tourist tax (unless otherwise stated).
- Rates may vary by season (high season: July/August).
- A €10/night supplement applies for stays of less than 3 nights in high season.
3. Cancellation and Refund
- Cancellation Policy:
- More than 60 days before arrival: Full refund of the deposit (minus a €50 administrative fee).
- Between 30 and 60 days before arrival: Loss of the deposit (30% of the total amount).
- Less than 30 days before arrival: Loss of the full amount paid.
- Force Majeure:
In case of cancellation due to force majeure (serious illness, death, natural disaster), a credit for a future stay may be offered, subject to proof.
4. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in (5 PM–7 PM) and check-out (before 10 AM) times are strict. Any delay or early departure must be reported 48 hours in advance.
- A €50 supplement will be charged for arrivals after 7 PM (unless prior agreement).
- An inventory check is carried out upon arrival and departure. Any damage will be charged to the guest.
5. Guest Obligations
The guest agrees to:
- Comply with the house rules (quiet hours, parking, pets, etc.).
- Not sublet the property without written consent.
- Take care of the equipment and report any issues.
- Leave the premises in the same cleanliness condition as upon arrival (see Additional Information).
- Take out "holiday liability insurance" covering any potential damage.
6. Liability
- Owner:
- Guarantees a property matching the description and in good condition.
- Is not responsible for guests' personal belongings.
- Ensures the property is safe (smoke detectors, fire extinguisher).
- Guest:
- Is liable for any damage to the property or equipment during their stay.
- Must use the equipment as intended.
- Must respect the neighborhood and quiet hours.
7. Personal Data
Collected data (name, contact details, payments) is used solely for managing the booking and is not shared with third parties, except where legally required. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
8. Disputes
Any dispute related to the rental will be subject to the competent courts of Nantes (Loire-Atlantique), France. French law applies.
9. Miscellaneous
- These terms replace all previous versions.
- In case of conflict between these terms and Airbnb/Booking conditions, these terms prevail.
- The owner reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Guests will be notified by email of any changes.
