House rules

  • Parking
    The driveway in front of the house is a right of way. You may only use it to access the property. Parking must be done behind the gate in front of the house.
  • Pets
    Maximum 1 pet allowed (upon prior request). Please inform us before your booking.
  • Events
    No events (parties, receptions, etc.) are permitted in the house.
  • Smoking
    No smoking inside the house (smoke detectors installed).
  • Quiet Hours
    Quiet must be maintained between 11 PM and 7 AM.
  • Occupancy
    Maximum 8 guests allowed (based on available sleeping arrangements).
  • Facilities
    Please take care of all the facilities provided for your use.
